In Hasselt is de loting bekendgemaakt voor de Davis Cup-ontmoeting tussen België en Chili. Zizou Bergs (ATP-66) komt als eerste in actie.
Bergs neemt het zaterdag in de eerste wedstrijd op tegen Tomas Barrios Vera (ATP-137). In de tweede wedstrijd staat Alexander Blockx (ATP-146) tegenover Cristian Garin (ATP-133). Nicolas Jarry (ATP-38) is grieperig en kan zaterdag niet in actie komen.
Op zondag staat het dubbelspel met Sander Gillé (ATP D-37) en Joran Vliegen (ATP D-35) op het programma. Zij nemen het op tegen Barrios Vera (ATP D-228) en Matias Soto (ATP D-121). Daarna volgen in principe de duels Bergs-Garin en Blockx-Barrios Vera, indien de ontmoeting nog niet beslist zou zijn. Als België wint, dan komt het uit tegen Australië of Zweden.
